TIP: For extra flavour roast the almonds and let it cooldown it will give a better taste.
In a bowl combine the 200gr desiccated coconut with the397gr condensed milk and mix well until is incorporated.
Leave it for about 15 minutes to rest so the coconut can absorbs the milk very well.
After 15 minutes if you think the mixture is too soft you can add an extra of 30 gr of coconut, this should harden the mixture.
Now we need to start to form the Raffaello candies, try to form a little ball, depends on how big you want to make the Raffaello candies, after put inside one almond and reshape it to cover the almond very well.
In a plate place the remaining desiccated coconut.
Pass the little ball through the desiccated coconut and place it on a plate/bowl.
