caesar salad 1

I get compliments every time when I make this classic Caesar salad recipe. The best choice even if is for lunch or dinner. Be brave enough and do the dressing from scratch as you won’t regret a second.

The classic Caesar salad recipe was invented in Mexico in 1924 by Caesar Cardini, an Italian who had some restaurants in Mexico and United States.

Ingredients

Ingredients for homemade dressing

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • juice of half lemon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • vegetable oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into squares, mix with salt and pepper and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Fry the chicken on the grill.

Instructions for Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

In a medium bowl for homemade sauce grate the clove of garlic, add the teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, the juice from the half of lemon, the teaspoon of Dijon mustard, the egg yolk, salt and pepper and whisk until all combined.

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more
than just your articles? I mean, what you say is fundamental and
all. However just imagine if you added some great images
or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”!
Your content is excellent but with images and clips, this website could certainly be one of the
greatest in its field. Wonderful blog!
